Green Beans Parmesan

Like a dummy, I took this picture BEFORE I baked it, oops, but just picture it nice and toasty brown on top.  I was too excited to dig in and try it because I'm not a huge fan of frozen green beans, I'd rather have them out of a can but this turned out very well, even my brother and his wife liked them and she's picky!!  Love you Jen!

Ingredients:

• 1/2 pound fresh green beans (or frozen)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
• 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Prepare and cook green beans until tender (10-15 mins) If using frozen, follow cooking directions. Toss green beans with all ingredients except bread crumbs, cheese and butter. Put in 1 1/2 qt ungreased casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs, margarine and cheese. Sprinkle over green bean mixture. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

Cook's Note: For a buttery taste sprinkle with a small amount of butter sprinkles before baking. If using ButterBuds®, cut back or delete the salt.
