Curry Dip


  • 2/3 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese
  • 2/3 cup low fat mayo
  • 2 T ketchup
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T grated onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 7 drops Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 level tsp. curry powder
Mix all together in blender and refrigerate overnight.
